Jessica Faris

Jessica Faris

Jessica Faris is an attorney at Faris & Faris, LLC in Batavia, with a practice focusing primarily on family law. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in the Clermont County Juvenile Court. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in Lexington, Kentucky. She has served on the CASA for Clermont Kids board since February, 2014.

The mission of CASA for Clermont Kids is to advocate for the best interests of abused, neglected and dependent children who have been introduced into Clermont County Juvenile Court. A non-profit agency based on the belief that children are entitled to a safe, loving and permanent home, CASA recruits and trains community involved citizens to volunteer as Guardians ad Litem who serve as the child’s advocate and court representative.

Magda Dawson

MagdaDawson

Magda Dawson is a CPA with Dawson and Company, Certified Public Accountants. She has a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University. Dawson and Company works with small to mid-size business and individuals on tax preparation, planning and compliance. The firm also does audit for non-profit organizations.

Magda is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and currently serves on the CASA for Clermont Kids board as treasurer.

Judge Kathleen M. Rodenberg

Kathleen McPhillips Rodenberg began her tenure as Judge of Domestic Relations Court on January 2, 2011. In addition to the private practice of law in Batavia and Cincinnati, Judge Rodenberg has served as a Magistrate in both Clermont County Domestic Relations Court and Clermont County Municipal Court.

Judge Rodenberg is a past president of the Clermont County Bar Association. She has served on a number of boards including Clermont Counseling Center, MRDD, Senior Services, and CASA for Clermont Kids. Judge Rodenberg received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1979 and her Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law in 1982. She resides in Pierce Township with her husband, Clermont County Sheriff A.J. “Tim” Rodenberg. They have two adult sons, Nick and Brad.
